MERCHANDISE RETURNS
- All
sales are final.
- Defective
returns are for replacement or merchandise credit only.
- Defective
returns are eligible for return only within 30 days of sale
to the retail consumer. After 30 days, the consumer must
return the product to the manufacturer's authorized warranty
station for warranty repair. Under any circumstance, defective
returns will not be accepted after 180 days from MagicAndNovelties.com
invoice date or within 30 days of retail sale, whichever
is shorter.
- A
copy of the MagicAndNovelties.com invoice and retail consumer
invoice/receipt must be included with all defective returns.
All items must be returned complete and with all original
parts/documentation. Incomplete returns will incur a 20%
manufacturer/refurbishing fee.
- Items
showing installer or consumer abuse will not be accepted.
- Products
must be returned unopened and in resaleable condition
- Returns
will be credited at the price paid on the invoice or current
selling price, whichever is lower, less any restocking fee.
- No
returns will be accepted back by MagicAndNovelties.com
after 180 days from the MagicAndNovelties.com invoice,
for any reason.
- Non-defective
product may be returned at MagicAndNovelties.com's discretion
and will be credited at the current MagicAndNovelties.com
selling price less a 20% restocking fee.
- Non-defective
returns will only be accepted for items featured for sale
in current MagicAndNovelties.com publications.
- MagicAndNovelties.com
will only accept product purchased from MagicAndNovelties.com
Distributing, Inc.
- Sales
of closeout items are final. Only defective products may
be returned for credit as per normal MagicAndNovelties.com
policies.
- A
Return Authorization (R.A.) number must be obtained from
MagicAndNovelties.com prior to the return of any merchandise.
Product returned without a R.A. number will be returned
to the dealer at the dealer's expense.
- RA
numbers are valid for a period of thirty (30) days only
If you fail to return merchandise within 30 days, a new
RA number must be issued.
- All
returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed
with the R.A. number displayed on the exterior of the package.
- Items
designed for consumer use but used commercially are not
eligible for return.
- Allow
10 business days for processing returns.
- Credit
will not be issued until MagicAndNovelties.com has received
and examined the returned merchandise.
DAMAGE/LOSS
- All
claims for damage/pilferage must be filed with delivering
carrier within 15 days of receipt. MagicAndNovelties.com
cannot file this for you.
- Save
all boxes & packing material!
- All
claims for shortages/mis-shipments/ mis-billings must be
made within 10 days of receipt.
